This page is intended to give prospective employees and exiting employees access to forms and other tools necessary improve the employee experience.

Joining Process and Documents
Prospective employees need to gather the following
  • Duly signed resume
  • Address proof (attested true copy)
  • Degree and educational certificates relevant to the post (attested true copy)
  • Birth certificate (attested true copy)
  • Original experience certificate from the previous employer
  • Last salary slip
  • Three passport size photographs

The following documents need to be completed in the prescribed format and submitted along with the items listed above.
  • Applicaiton for employment (download)
  • Joining affidavit on a Rs. 100 Non Judicial stamp paper (download)
  • Two reference letters from any one other than relatives (download)
Enclose all the documents above in an envelope and submit them to the following address

Exit Process and Documents
Employees exiting the organization are obligated to complete the following
  • Resignation Letter (in the event of a resignation)
  • Exit affidavit on a Rs. 100 Non Judicial stamp paper (download)

Provident Fund (PF) Withdrawal
Employees are eligible for settlement of their EPF benifits based on the norms listed on the EPOI India website at the following link

Most employees till date have chosen to settle their EPF benifits through the submission of Form No 19. under the provisions of the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme, 1952 Paragraph 69(2) Which states

"In cases other than those specified in sub-paragraph (1), the Central Board, or where so authorised by the Central Board, the Commissioner or where so authorised by the Commissioner, any officer subordinate to him, may permit a member to withdraw the full amount standing to his  credit in the  fund on ceasing to be an employee in any establishment to which the Act applies provid­ed that he has not been employed in any factory or other establishment to which the Act applies for a continuous period of not less than two months immediately preceding the date on which he makes an application for withdrawal. The requirement of two months’ waiting period shall not, however, apply in cases of female members resigning from the services of the establishment for the purpose of getting married.]"  (http://www.taxmann.net/Sm2006/SMRules/chp15_V3.htm)

If you choose to settle your EPF benifits under the provisions of Paragraph 69(2) as stated above, you will
  1. Be able to apply for withdrawal of PF through Form 19 only if you have "not been employed in any factory or other establishment to which the Act applies for a continuous period of not less than two months immediately preceding the date on which he makes an application for withdrawal."

  2. Need to submit an affidavit in the prescribed format on a Rs. 100 Non Judicial stamp paper (download)

  3. Need to send an e-mail to admin@figindia.com with the subject "Request for an appointment to complete PF Withdrawal related formalities for Ex FIG Employees". In the e-mail, please include your full name, your current address and a contact telephone number. You will be contacted by a representative to setup an appointment within 7 working days of your e-mail.

  4. Need to ensure that you have the affidavit mentioned in point 2 completed before you appear for the appointment. Your application willl not be processed unless you have a properly executed affidavit.
Once you complete the formalities at the appointment with the FIG PF representative (as noted in point 3 above), it will take an additional 30 working days after the date of your appointment for your application form to be finalized and submitted to the PF Regional office. Once your application is submitted to the PF Regional office, an e-mail noting the submission proof will be sent to the e-amil address of your choice.

After submission of properly completed documents to the PF Regional office, the regional office typically processes your claim and issues you a payment within 60-90 days.
